These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SIVIA Sofa online store, available at https://siviasofa.com (the "Store").

1. Products

We sell sofas, sleeper sofas, loveseats and sofa covers. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials and colors are provided by our suppliers and presented in good faith. Minor variations in color or texture may occur. Product images are representative of the items sold.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in the case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We accept payment by credit card through our secure payment provider. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout. We do not display promotional or compare-at pricing: the listed price is the final selling price before taxes and any applicable discounts.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in approximately 6 business days (about 7–8 business days total). Orders ship from our US warehouse via tracked parcel service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect items, for which we cover return shipping in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Promotional codes

Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms (eligible products, minimum purchase, usage limits). Only one promotional code may be used per order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse promotional offers.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of SIVIA Sofa or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or reuse any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Store.
