How ordering works

Everything you should know before you buy.

We’re a small, new online store, so we don’t have customer reviews yet. Here is exactly how ordering, delivery and returns work, with the costs, so you can decide with the full picture.

Choose and check the fit
Each sofa page lists the measurements we have on file and a fit checker, and you can ask us before ordering.

Order with secure checkout
Checkout is handled by Shopify’s secure payment system. You see the price, free shipping and any taxes before you pay, and you get a confirmation email right away.

Processed in 1–2 business days
Your order ships by tracked parcel service. You get the tracking number by email the day it ships.

Delivered within 9–12 business days of purchase
Free to the contiguous United States (no Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes). Delivery is to your door, not white-glove, so plan for someone to help carry the box(es) inside. Some models arrive in more than one box.

Returns, with the costs

You have 30 days from delivery to return a sofa that is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the sofa arrived damaged or isn’t what you ordered. Shipping a sofa back can be expensive, so if this could matter, ask us for an estimate before you order.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Take photos of the box and the damage.
Email them to contact@siviasofa.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.
We replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Talking to us

Email contact@siviasofa.com. A real person replies within 24–48 hours on business days. We don’t have a phone line or showroom yet.

We don’t currently advertise a manufacturer warranty. If that matters to you, ask us before ordering and we’ll tell you exactly what applies.

Measuring checklist

Tick each one as you measure, then compare your numbers with the dimensions on the product page.

Wall width where the sofa will go (corner or obstacle to obstacle)
Depth from that wall to where people walk
For a sleeper: clear floor depth in front of it when open
Narrowest door on the way in (width and height)
Hallways, stair turns and elevator size
Baseboards, radiators, outlets and window sills
Painter’s tape outline of the footprint on the floor

Who we are

SIVIA Sofa started with a simple frustration: finding a good-looking sofa for a small space shouldn’t mean choosing between a showroom price tag and a marketplace gamble. So we keep a short range of sofas, chosen for studios, apartments and guest rooms.

We’re a small, independent store run by Simon, the founder. Every order ships with tracking. We sell online only, with no showroom for now. What we can promise is clear information and a straight answer when you ask.
