Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at siviaastudio@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect items, which we cover in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
